Production Costing and Planning Coordinator

GCS Malta is looking to for an Production Costings and Planning Coordinator to join one of the leading FMCG companies operating in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

• Monitoring manufacturing costs and maintaining accurate product costings.

• Analysing budget, forecast, and actual cost variances.
• Evaluating sales, revenue, volumes, and profitability trends.
• Supporting annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams.
• Preparing management reports and communicating key findings to senior management.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in production costing, manufacturing, production planning, or a similar analytical role. Experience in food manufacturing or dairy production will be considered an asset.

This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers, ideally within the food production sector.

Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, a keen eye for detail, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential for this role.
