GCS Malta is looking for a Finance Manager to work with an international aviation services group.
The successful candidate will have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, an ACCA or equivalent qualification, and at least 3 years of senior-level finance experience, preferably in a multi-company, international, or regulated setting.
The role requires strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, with solid knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, VAT, and financial reporting. Experience in aviation, engineering, training, or other regulated industries is considered an asset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, together with advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modelling capabilities, are essential.

GCS Malta is looking for a Finance Manager to work with an international aviation services group.
Responsibilities
- Advising Directors and senior management on financial and commercial decisions
- Developing financial models, business cases, and investment appraisals
- Preparing management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and financial recommendations
- Analysing profitability, pricing, costs, and business performance
- Identifying growth, expansion, and profitability improvement opportunities
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management
- Reviewing expenditure, supplier contracts, and procurement for cost efficiencies
- Identifying tax efficiencies, incentives, grants, and fiscal opportunities
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial performance through variance analysis
- Overseeing management accounts, statutory reporting, tax submissions, and compliance
- Maintaining financial controls, governance, and regulatory standards across Group entities
- Coordinating with auditors, banks, tax advisors, accountants, legal advisors, and regulators
- Improving finance processes through automation, technology, and data analytics
- Ensuring finance systems and reporting remain efficient, scalable, and fit for purpose
- Leading and supporting the Senior Finance Executive and finance function
