GCS Malta is looking for a Storekeeper/ Driver to work with one of Malta’s leading printing companies.
 

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, verifying quantities and condition.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and updating the inventory control system.
• Verifying deliveries, purchase orders, invoices, and material documentation.
• Managing storage areas, ensuring efficient space utilisation and organisation.
• Coordinating deliveries, preparing dispatch documentation, and verifying export information.
• Maintaining stock reservations, sub-store records, and stock take activities.
• Entering inventory and operational data into management and accounting systems.
• Coordinating continuous stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitoring site access and supporting warehouse security procedures.
• Coordinating the use and basic maintenance of company vehicles and handling equipment.
• Organising waste disposal and recycling activities in line with company procedures.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring adequate material availability.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong spoken and written English skills, along with the ability to confidently navigate using GPS and digital navigation systems.

Candidates should be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

A valid driving licence, preferably Category C or C1, is required.
