GCS Malta is looking for a Financial & Strategic Forecasting Senior Analyst to work with a leading bank in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

• Managing capital issuance, debt funding and capital structure optimisation
• Developing capital, financial and funding forecasts, budgets and scenarios
• Supporting capital allocation, dividend policy and strategic decision-making
• Managing share buy-backs, treasury shares and employee share schemes
• Monitoring shareholder returns and distribution mechanisms
• Analysing capital efficiency, market trends and competitor positioning
• Maintaining capital, funding and competitor data, models and reporting
• Preparing investor materials and supporting investor engagement

The chosen candidate should have an MQF Level 5 or Level 6 qualification in Accountancy, Economics, Banking or Investment Services, together with relevant proven experience in capital management, financial planning, investment banking or related financial services areas.

One must demonstrate a proactive and team-oriented approach, ensuring timely delivery of work.

This role requires a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with a willingness to stay continuously updated on relevant developments.
