GCS Malta is looking for a NetSuite Specialist to work with one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.
This role involves close collaboration with finance, operations, and IT, ensuring the system supports business needs efficiently and scales with growth.
The successful candidate should hold relevant NetSuite certifications and have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP. Previous experience within the hospitality sector or in managing multi-entity environments would be desirable.
One must have a strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes, with knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics considered an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, together with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Providing NetSuite support, troubleshooting issues, and managing user access and permissions.
- Managing workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business needs.
- Supporting finance processes and system integrations with POS, PMS, and third-party platforms.
- Coordinating with vendors and implementation partners on system enhancements and issues.
- Supporting upgrades, UAT, new module rollouts, and system documentation.
- Identifying automation opportunities and monitoring system performance and integrations.
