GCS Malta is looking for a Stores & Receiving Executive to work with one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant diploma and have experience in stores, receiving or inventory management, with hospitality experience and knowledge of inventory systems considered an asset.
This role requires strong organisational, numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in identifying discrepancies.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; an additional language is a plus.

GCS Malta is looking for a Stores & Receiving Executive to work with one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, verifying and inspecting deliveries against approved documentation and standards
- Recording and maintaining accurate receiving, stock and inventory records
- Issuing, storing and rotating stock in line with established procedures and FIFO/FEFO
- Monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, storage conditions and inventory variances
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure efficient deliveries
- Supporting stock counts, cost control and effective inventory management
- Maintaining clean, secure and safe receiving and storage areas
- Following Company policies and supporting departmental activities and other duties as required
