GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Head Waiter to join one of Malta’s leading restaurants. 
 

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing professional table service.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
• Ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Handling customer requests and concerns professionally.
• Maintaining a calm and organised approach during busy services.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, appearance, and service.
• Following restaurant procedures, food safety standards, and teamwork practices.

The preferred candidate should have extensive experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a busy, high-quality restaurant environment, along with strong knowledge of food and beverages.

One must be confident and professional when engaging with customers and making recommendations, able to work independently and take responsibility, while remaining calm and organised during busy service periods.

A professional attitude, well-presented appearance, and excellent fluency in English are essential.
