GCS Malta is seeking an Automotive Aftersales Consultant to work with an innovative business software company in Malta.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Business, IT, Information Systems, Supply Chain or Logistics, along with automotive aftersales or business systems experience. Experience with Autoline, Keyloop or another automotive DMS is considered an asset.
This role requires a strong understanding of service, workshop, parts, warranty and invoicing processes, along with experience using, implementing or supporting a Dealer Management System (DMS).
One must have strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to take ownership and produce clear documentation, testing and training materials.
Fluency in English is essential.

GCS Malta is seeking an Automotive Aftersales Consultant to work with an innovative business software company in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Conducting customer discovery and gathering business requirements.
- Reviewing after-sales processes and identifying improvements.
- Translating requirements into DMS configurations and functional solutions.
- Managing implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live and support.
- Coordinating with functional and technical teams across sales, finance and integrations.
- Supporting testing, UAT, data validation, cutover and go-live activities.
- Delivering customer training and ongoing functional support.
- Investigating issues, managing support requests and coordinating escalations.
- Maintaining project, configuration and customer documentation.
- Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
