GCS Malta is looking for an Operations Manager to work with one of Malta's leading environmental services companies.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with a background in waste management, environmental services, or industrial operations.
This role demands a proven track record in project coordination, workforce planning, and operational management, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse operational data effectively. Sound knowledge of health & safety protocols and environmental legislation, including EU directives.
Strong leadership, analytical and proactive skills are essential.

- Supporting project delivery and collaborating with sales and compliance teams
- Planning workforce and equipment for efficiency and cost control
- Assisting in project proposals and aligning operations with business goals
- Monitoring performance, costs, and recommending improvements
- Managing client relations and resolving issues promptly
- Promoting teamwork and staff development
- Contributing to new facility readiness and operational procedures
