GCS Malta is seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Accounting and be pursuing ACCA or an equivalent qualification, with 2 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance support preferred. Experience in a trust, corporate services, professional services, or financial services environment would be considered an asset.
Applicants should demonstrate a sound knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial controls, together with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

GCS Malta is seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving sales and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting the Finance Assistant with day-to-day accounting queries.
- Assisting with management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Reviewing accounting records and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, cash management, and payments.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve finance queries and obtain information.
- Monitoring client finance information and following up on outstanding matters.
- Supporting finance projects, fee reviews, and process improvements.
- Assisting with audit preparation and responding to auditor requests.
- Collaborating with Finance teams across the Group on finance-related matters.
- Providing ad-hoc accounting, reporting, and administrative support to the Finance Manager and wider Finance team.
