GCS Malta is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance companies. This role is responsible for the accurate registration of claims, processing incoming correspondence, conducting file reviews, handling recoveries, and providing a high standard of customer service.
 

Responsibilities

• Registering and managing allocated claims in line with service standards.
• Gathering and processing information to support claim assessments.
• Handling customer queries, calls, and walk-in clients while providing excellent service.
• Organising workloads and coordinating survey appointments.
• Processing and allocating excess payments and recoveries accurately.
• Following up on outstanding recoveries and monitoring deadlines.
• Reviewing claim files and maintaining accurate records.
• Adhering to complaint-handling procedures and internal processes.
• Supporting team operations and carrying out additional assigned duties.
