GCS Malta is looking for a Process Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Maltese and English is essential, with Spanish language skills considered an advantage.

GCS Malta is looking for a Process Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitating process workshops to encourage brainstorming and innovative thinking.
- Reviewing workflows, documentation and operations to identify inefficiencies.
- Developing AS IS process models and highlighting bottlenecks and outdated practices.
- Gathering requirements and designing optimised TO BE workflows, including automation and cost-saving measures.
- Supporting process implementation by aligning objectives and ensuring smooth execution.
