GCS Malta is seeking a P2P Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading group of companies.
Applicants should hold an MQF Level 6 Degree in Accountancy or an ACCA qualification, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Financial Analyst role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
This role requires knowledge of financial management, cost control, manufacturing accounting, ERP systems, and BI reporting.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

GCS Malta is seeking a P2P Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading group of companies.
Responsibilities
- Managing material costing, landed costs, and variance analysis.
- Monitoring procurement, logistics, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analysing purchase price and material usage variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Monitoring inventory levels, stock movements, slow-moving items, and stock adjustments.
- Identifying cost efficiencies and supporting waste reduction initiatives.
- Reviewing accounts payable, expenses, purchase plans, and related transactions.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting.
- Partnering with procurement and operations teams on cost analysis and financial planning.
- Improving finance processes through automation, controls, and system enhancements.
- Supporting risk management, compliance, and operational finance activities.
