Responsibilities
- Advising local and international clients on investment services, funds and financial services matters.
- Advising on fund structuring, regulatory and compliance matters.
- Assisting with licensing and authorisation processes.
- Drafting and reviewing legal and regulatory documentation.
- Providing ongoing legal and regulatory advice.
- Assisting with transactional matters.
