GCS Malta is seeking an Executive Senior Broker/ Senior Broker to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance companies.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in the insurance sector, particularly within the Maltese insurance industry.
One must demonstrate a high level of precision and attention to detail when preparing and reviewing policy documentation to ensure the agreed level of cover is accurately reflected.
Fluency in both English and Maltese is required.

GCS Malta is seeking an Executive Senior Broker/ Senior Broker to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance companies.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, identifying risks, and arranging suitable insurance cover.
- Managing renewals, quotations, policy reviews, new business, and liaising with local and international insurers.
- Ensuring accurate policy documentation, processing transactions, monitoring outstanding payments, and preparing reports.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues while contributing to departmental initiatives and maintaining continuous professional development.
