GCS Malta is looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to work with a leading firm in Malta.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in corporate governance, company secretarial, compliance, or a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment, with experience supervising or mentoring junior team members considered an asset.
This role requires strong knowledge of Maltese company law, corporate governance and MBR procedures, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex entities and competing priorities.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities
- Leading governance and compliance for complex client entities.
- Managing meetings, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Providing technical governance and compliance guidance.
- Handling client queries, audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Monitoring statutory deadlines and MBR requirements.
- Supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Supporting billing, portfolio management, and administration.
