GCS Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join one of Malta’s leading vending operators, known for offering a diverse range of products and services.
A diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification will be considered an asset, while a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar accounting role is essential.
This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, along with excellent organisational and time-management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Responsibilities
- Managing stock, invoices, payments, receipts and financial records
- Handling reconciliations, debtor and creditor accounts, and outstanding payments
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and service providers
- Preparing reports and supporting general finance administration
