Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assisting customers with product enquiries.
- Maintaining stock levels, organising products and ensuring the pharmacy remains well-presented.
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the team with order preparation, stock handling and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Keeping up to date with products, services and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation throughout the pharmacy.
