GCS Malta is looking for a Project Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading building services companies.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Project Management, and/or have relevant project management experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC or construction industries.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management and quality control, together with solid knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and HVAC sectors.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and a Category B driving licence are essential; knowledge of Maltese is preferred.

- Planning and monitoring projects, programmes and resources.
- Coordinating manpower, materials, permits and logistics.
- Managing clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing site operations, quality and handovers.
- Ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Managing variations, delays, claims and payments.
- Leading Project and Site Coordinators.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
