Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and insurance requirements.
- Liaising with insurers, brokers and internal teams.
- Managing renewals, quotations and policy documentation.
- Processing transactions and preparing reports.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and following up on debtors.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Participating in departmental projects and working groups.
- Maintaining ongoing professional development.
