GCS Malta is looking for a Process Engineer to work with one of Malta's leading printing companies.
 

Responsibilities

• Monitoring KPIs, OEE, waste, downtime, and yield.
• Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Optimising processes through trials and testing.
• Implementing Lean tools and Standard Work.
• Maintaining process documentation and risk assessments.
• Improving data integrity and process monitoring.
• Planning and reporting on process trials.
• Improving machine performance and reliability.
• Monitoring CAPA actions and closure.
• Supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Reporting performance and recommendations to leadership.
• Supporting currency and security-feature strategies.
• Providing technical input for strategic planning.

Ideally, candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with experience in product development, project management, structured problem-solving, and identifying and eliminating process waste.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for assessing visual spoilage, making informed decisions, and applying continuous improvement methods to minimise process waste.

Strong decision-making, data interpretation, and communication skills are essential for the role.
