GCS Malta is looking for a Senior Financial Advisor to join one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial advisor with a strong background in corporate finance, financial advisory, or a related field, and a proven track record in valuations, financial projections, modelling, and business restructuring.
This role requires someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, acts as a trusted partner, and brings a client-first mindset supported by strong communication and leadership skills.

GCS Malta is looking for a Senior Financial Advisor to join one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in restructuring, business transformation, M&A, demerger, and growth strategy projects
- Supporting the design and delivery of business scaling workshops across industries
- Developing financial models, projections, and strategic business plans
- Identifying and securing funding opportunities, including EU grants and tax incentives
- Conducting business valuations and transaction due diligence
- Representing clients in meetings with banks, funding bodies, and stakeholders
- Contributing to thought leadership through articles, events, and presentations
