GCS Malta is searching for an Operations Manager with one of the leading international security solutions companies in Malta.
This role involves planning and coordinating crowd-safety operations at various events.
The ideal candidate should hold relevant qualifications in crowd management, event safety or security, or be willing to obtain them, with extensive experience in crowd safety, event operations or security coordination.
Experience supervising teams at live events is essential, while first aid or emergency response training is considered an asset.
Applicants must have a solid understanding of crowd dynamics, event safety, emergency response procedures and local crowd-control regulations.
Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure are essential.

- Planning event operations, staffing and deployment.
- Coordinating briefings, venue setup and operational readiness.
- Leading, supervising and training crowd-control teams.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and staff performance.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safety compliance.
- Monitoring crowd movement and coordinating incident response.
- Liaising with clients, organisers and emergency services.
- Preparing incident reports and post-event evaluations.
