GCS Malta is seeking a Finance Manager to join a leading shipping, cargo, and fuel services company.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant or nearing completion of a CPA qualification, with at least 3 years of local accounting experience.
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
A good command of English and Maltese along with proficiency in MS Excel are essential for the role.

GCS Malta is seeking a Finance Manager to join a leading shipping, cargo, and fuel services company.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly financial statements.
- Analysing financial results and key performance indicators.
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
- Managing cash flow and forecasting.
- Reconciling bank and intercompany accounts.
- Preparing and filing VAT returns.
- Monitoring debtors and chasing overdue payments.
- Maintaining accounting procedures and ensuring timely financial closing.
- Supporting external auditors during annual audits.
- Undertaking other duties assigned by the Group Head of Finance.
