GCS Malta is looking for a Cost Controller to work with a group of companies within the hospitality industry.
The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing inventory in a Food & Beverage environment. Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role is required.
Proficiency in using inventory management software preferably in Materials Control, Simphony POS and MS Excel.
One must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
- Determining appropriate pricing
- Monitoring inventory levels of stock
- Investigating cost discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Providing regular reports and analyzing cost performance to management
- Monitoring waste and developing strategies to minimize it
- Identifying opportunities for recycling and waste reduction initiatives
- Analyzing sales data and identifying high-margin items
