GCS Malta is seeking a Chef de Partie to work with one of Malta’s leading restaurants.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience and training in an a la carte restaurant of a 5* hotel is considered an asset along with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a positive attitude, are essential. Additionally, the ability to maintain consistent food quality is required.
Fluent communication skills in English are essential, while proficiency in Maltese and/or Italian is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing a designated kitchen section such as pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, or vegetables.
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared according to recipes, maintaining consistency in preparation and presentation.
- Managing orders, M.E.P. (Mise en Place), stock rotation, and portion controls.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
