GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Motor Claims Handler to join one of Malta's leading insurance companies.
Responsibilities
- Delivering assigned specific objectives
- Handling all claims in the job holder’s file allocation according to group SLAs
- Gathering and processing information to support the assessment of complex cases
- Managing a portfolio of recovery files
- Adhering to the Argus Insurance Complaint Management process
- Performing any other duties assigned by Senior Management or the Core team
