The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the insurance industry, juniors will also be considered.
Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills are essential within this role.
Fluency in both the Maltese and English languages are a must.

- Acting as the main contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships.
- Processing account renewals and submitting applications on time.
- Handling policy changes and coordinating necessary adjustments.
- Ensuring policy accuracy and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Keeping organized records of client communications and documents.
- Staying updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Generating reports on account status and renewals.
- Collaborating with sales and underwriting to support business growth.
