GCS Malta is looking for an People & Culture Executive to join one of Malta’s leading service providers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source and screen candidates.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to streamline hiring processes.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation to comply with legal standards.
  • Provide employees with guidance on company policies, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Oversee performance management processes to support employee development.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate workshops, e-learning, and development initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects, contributing to process enhancements and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and cost-per-hire.
  • Generate reports to inform decision-making and enhance HR strategies.
 

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree-level qualification in HR or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in an HR-related role, as it is considered an asset.

This role demands excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills, along with a passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest HR trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications is essential, whilst fluency in Maltese and English is needed.
