GCS Malta is seeking a Pensions Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
 

Responsibilities

  • Serving as primary contact for clients and advisers, providing expert support.
  • Managing retirement scheme applications from documentation to investment.
  • Overseeing daily administrative tasks, including record updates and pension claims.
  • Participating in projects to improve services and contribute to the community.
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining detailed records.
  • Building strong relationships with members and advisers through proactive communication.


The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative roles, preferably within a pension or corporate services company.

This role requires a tech-savvy individual proficient in digital tools to boost efficiency. Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude.

Fluency in both written and spoken English language is required.
