Reservations Agent

GCS Malta is looking for a Reservations Agent to join a leading hospitality group in Malta. The chosen candidate will be joining the Reservations Department.
 

Responsibilities

• Processing bookings and rooming lists accurately and promptly
• Assisting with room allocations
• Booking supplementary services like taxis, car hire, and spa services
• Conducting daily audits of upcoming arrivals
• Responding to new leads and client inquiries within 24 hours
• Attending daily briefings to review operations and raise relevant points
• Maintaining effective internal and external communication
• Supporting the Sales Team with Club member management
• Addressing room move requests and billing issues
• Assisting in greeting and hosting customers outside office hours
• Identifying and implementing system improvements
• Attending workshops and networking to maintain professional knowledge
• Ensuring team training needs are met

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, which is considered an asset.

Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills are essential within this role, along with having a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a team setting.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
