GCS Malta is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of Malta’s leading architectural companies.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering also being considered. A minimum of one year of experience in Malta will be considered an asset.
This role requires strong precision, organizational and communication sills with a high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English, and knowledge of Maltese is considered a plus. Proficiency in using Excel, AutoCAD and Microsoft office applications is essential.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and analysing cost estimates and project budgets
- Coordinating with structural and interior design teams on project specifications
- Evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitoring project costs and preparing regular financial reports
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
