Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering training programs for new and existing real estate consultants
- Conducting onboarding sessions for new joiners
- Providing ongoing coaching, workshops, and one-on-one development sessions
- Collaborating with management to align training with business goals
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and updating programs accordingly
