GCS Malta is looking for a Store Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading solar energy companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing equipment, tools, and materials in stores.
- Ensuring proper stock levels and material quality.
- Maintaining safety standards and cleanliness in stores.
- Overseeing delivery and collection processes.
- Implementing logging and reporting systems for irregularities.
- Managing inventory systems and coordinating stock orders.
- Checking received goods for damages and accuracy.
- Minimizing costs and preventing wastage.
- Ensuring proper storage and labelling of materials.
- Securing stores and ensuring materials are ready for pick
- up.
Required Skills
The candidate should be proficient in using tools professionally, possess a strong physique and good health to carry heavy objects effectively, and a forklift certification would be considered an asset.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, whilst knowledge of Software Inventory system is considered an asset.
